New accommodation policy on taking increased hygiene measures

Reception service

  1. Extend check-out and check-in between stays (check out until 11.00 am and check in from 3.00 μμ)
  2. Possibility of web check in
  3. Possibility of electronic payment of accommodation expenses
  4. Ability to send invoices and receipts electronically
  5. Disinfection of key cards and key
  6. No entry in rooms for non-residents

Room service

  1. Maintaining a cleaning and disinfection program, according to the circular of the Ministry of Health
  2. Room cleaning and ventilation during the hours between stays
  3. Uncommon room cleaning during the stay, only at the request of the customer
  4. Abolition of daily change of clothing and towels, only at the request of the customer

  6. Removal of decorative objects (pillows, bed linen)

  8. Fabric surfaces (eg furniture upholstery) cleaned with a steam device
  9. Observance of hygiene rules by staff when sorting unclean linen using appropriate personal protective equipment (special disposable apron over the uniform, gloves and mask)
